Individuals, teachers, schools, universities and book wholesalers are more than welcome to purchase any item advertised on our website. Schools, universities and book wholesalers should register first in order to receive discounted prices.

When will my order arrive?
Your order will be processed within 48 hours after it has been submitted (if in stock). Once processed your order will be sent via Post Haste couriers (New Zealand only). Delivery is usually overnight for the North Island and two days for the South Island (excluding weekends).

Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, we use Post Haste couriers and they require that all freight is labelled with a New Zealand street address.

I do not have a credit card, how can I pay?
Due to the automated nature of the website we only accept credit cards online. If you still require any of our products and you do not have a credit card you can download an order form (under the Downloads link).
Post the completed order form with a cheque or if using direct credit identify your payment using your full name.

How do I unsubscribe to the NuLake newsletter and monthly special details?
To unsubscribe to the NuLake newsletter and monthly special details, first ensure that you are logged in then click on 'My Account' followed by the 'Edit' button. Click on the checkbox I wish to receive the NuLake newsletter and monthly special details so the tick is removed, then click on submit to save your changes. You should see after a few seconds the message Your account has been successfully updated.

I am having a problem registering on www.nulake.co.nz. What do I do?
If you have registered on www.nulake.co.nz and then attempt to login, but find you are not a registered member it is probably because your account has not been activated. When you register with www.nulake.co.nz you are sent a confirmation email. To activate your account you need to click on the link in the email. Please ensure that you check your spam folder. If you still can't login please contact us via our contact us page so we can activate you account manually.

Is www.nulake.co.nz a safe and secure website?
Yes, Our website uses the WIPS Plus (Westpac Internet Payment Solution) facility to process online payments by Visa or Mastercard. Your personal information, credit card details and credit card payments are all secure when you shop on the NuLake website.

I am an overseas customer, can I buy books or calculators from NuLake Ltd?
Yes, we are happy to sell and ship to overseas customers. Overseas customers must however register to purchase goods from our website. You cannot purchase goods as a guest. After selecting what you wish to purchase you will be taken to the checkout where you will be identified as an overseas customer. You will then be advised within 48 hours of the freight charge applying to your order. You can then decide whether to proceed with you order. If you do you can make payment by credit card and we will then advise you when your goods are shipped and the expected arrival date.

Do I have to pay freight on my order?
Single book orders will incur a freight charge of $4 for a workbook and $2 for a homework book or IAS booklet. Orders of more than one book are freight free. Calculators incur a small freight charge. All freight charges will appear on your invoice at the time of purchase. Note: These freight charges are applicable to New Zealand customers only.

Do I have to register to buy online?
No. You can buy online without registering first (unless you are an overseas customer). Just select the item(s) you wish to purchase by clicking on the applicable 'add to cart' button. Click on the 'check out' button and choose the option to 'continue as a guest'. You will be required to enter your shipping and billing information and then credit card details. You will then receive confirmation of your order and payment by email. We usually ship items within 24 hours and goods couriered to the North Island usually arrive the following day, while to the South Island they usually takes two days.

By registering as a book wholesaler we can keep you informed about our monthly specials and latest news. Also the prices that will be displayed on the website will be wholesale prices and you will be able to order directly from the site.

Why should a school register with NuLake Ltd?
By registering as a school we can keep you informed about our monthly specials and latest news. Also the prices that will be displayed on the website will be school prices and you will be able to order directly from the site. As well you will have access to specific downloads from our downloads link as well as our free exams papers (if you are a qualifying school) on August 1st and November 1st each year. These exam papers will be available directly online and only qualifying and registered schools will be able to gain access to them.

By registering with us as an individual we can keep you informed about our monthly specials and latest news. Also your address and personal details are keep on file meaning that each time you purchase from us you do not have to re-enter the details. As well you can gain access to our free past practice exams papers available for Year 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13.
